The Project Manager/Architect will work under the supervision of a Principal Architect, be responsible for overseeing the work performed by technicians, and will be involved in all phases of the design process. The Candidate will be responsible for preparing schematic designs, design development drawings, and construction documents in both AutoCAD Architecture and Revit. Additional responsibilities include design services related to regular meetings with clients, consultants, the project team, and construction administration support.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • An Associate Degree in Architectural Drafting/Design and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
  • AutoCAD Architecture and Revit proficiency mandatory
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). SketchUp, Photoshop, and Adobe desired
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Code analysis
  • Specification writing
