White Pine Senior Living contacted River Valley Architects to design the new two-story, 25,600 sq. ft. senior living apartment building. The facility was to be a “Phase 2” of their development in Blaine, Minnesota. Spaces include 44 apartment units, lobby, common areas, great rooms and a kitchen.
