CVTC – Culinary Arts Remodel

With a desire to expand their academic offerings based on current trends, CVTC created a new program for the Culinary Arts. In order to create this program, SDS Architects worked with the CVTC administration and newly hired culinary professionals to remodel traditional classrooms into a community teaching kitchen, demonstration lab, and mix-ology bar.

This new teaching kitchen has learning stations to accommodate class sizes of up to 32 students. Students in the program will receive hands-on learning, while also preparing food for purchase to CVTC students and staff.
