The Augusta Early Learning Center’s mission is to provide quality childcare that meets the needs of each child and family in a safe, educational environment.  In 2023, the Augusta Area School District received a generous donation to construct a new Early Learning Center adjacent to their K-12 campus.  They were previously operating at an off-site leased space with very limited capacity and many space challenges.

The 9,000-square-foot facility will provide a new and improved space for the community’s youngest members.  The center will accommodate nearly 100 children and includes infant, toddler, pre-k, and school-aged classrooms.  A fully equipped commercial kitchen, multi-purpose commons area, and administrative space will support the needs of all users.  The flexible and open central commons area will enhance learning activities and provide physical and visual connectivity that will enhance staff and student collaboration.
