RVA collaborated with Hoeft Builders to revitalize the Campus View Inn & Suites hotel in Eau Claire, historically a 120-unit hotel with two pools and two commercial businesses. The renovation reconfigured the hotel into an 87-unit apartment building, featuring seven two-bedroom apartments, 28 one-bedroom apartments, and 52 studio apartments. The pool areas, commercial portions, and lobby were demolished to be redeveloped into green space with sidewalks, bike racks, and gathering areas.
