River Valley Architects was contacted by People’s Bank Midwest to design the new, approximately 5,300 sq. ft., office space located in the Southtowne Development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The spaces include a lobby with teller stations, offices, conference and meeting rooms as well as a one lane drive-up.
