Royal Credit Union – Mortgage Operations Center

This two-story remodel for Royal Credit Union converted their existing Birch St. branch in Eau Claire into a new Mortgage Operations Center. Beginning in 2022 and completed in 2023, the project removed the existing teller line, drive-up canopy, vault, and interior finishes to accommodate specialized spaces. The transformation included new private and open office areas, conference rooms, a break room, and updated restrooms. A reimagined main entry with a covered approach enhances accessibility, while the site redesign introduced a primary parking lot on the building’s east side and a covered patio space on the west for added functionality.
