Rural Electric Supply Cooperative (RESCO) – Stanley, WI – RESCO contacted River Valley Architects to assist them with a site search study to procure a piece of land in Stanley, WI for a new warehouse they direly needed for operations in the Northern Wisconsin area. Their headquarter building is currently located in Middleton, WI and another recently completed warehouse in Elkhart, IA. They decided after finding an almost 15-acre lot that Stanley was soon to be the location of their new warehouse building consisting of 39,000 square feet of warehouse space and 2,600 square feet of office space that contains a meeting room designed to accommodate 40 members and almost 90,000 square feet of exterior storage.
