Rainy Lake Medical Center

RVA was contacted by executives at Rainy Lake Medical Center to conduct a Space Planning Study in the fall of 2022. The study quickly determined the necessity of a new hospital to meet the ever-growing community needs. RVA got to work designing a new 98,000-square-foot critical access hospital that will span a 20-acre site. Construction is anticipated to start in Spring 2025. The facility will offer comprehensive services including infusion, rehab and therapy, clinic, imaging, retail pharmacy, ED, surgery, and a med-surg unit. Additional amenities include a conference center, bistro, and dining area. Designed for future expansion, this modern healthcare hub ensures accessible, high-quality care for the community.
