The Brewing Projekt

Eau Claire, WI

The strategic partnership between RVA and Market and Johnson was called upon to convert a blighted building located in the Cannery District of Eau Claire, WI into a new 30,000 square-foot brewery, tasting room, and event center with ground floor and roof-top patios. This exciting new destination was the recipient of a 2020 Community Economic Development Award for real estate redevelopment and reuse projects that had a positive impact on a community’s economy.
