River Valley Architects provided design services for a completed 90,000-square-foot, five-story mixed-use development in downtown Winona that combines hotel accommodations, upscale apartment living, retail space, and shared amenities within a single integrated structure. The development features an active street-level experience with retail and lobby spaces, while upper floors include modern hotel rooms and luxury residential units with views of the Mississippi River and surrounding bluffs. The project contributes to the continued revitalization of downtown Winona and strengthens the connection between the city and its riverfront district.
