After extensive evaluation of the existing WESTconsin facilities in Menomonie and programming for current and future space needs, the best solution for meeting current and future needs was to relocate several departments from the downtown location to the existing service center and build a new service center on the adjacent property. The two story, 35,000 square foot office building, a steel structure with masonry veneer and metal panel accents includes executive and administrative offices together with space for future expansion.
