River Valley Architects provided design services for a new warehouse, distribution, and office facility for RESCO with future expansion capabilities incorporated into the overall site and building planning. The approximately 50,000–60,000 square foot facility was designed to support efficient warehouse and distribution operations while providing modern office and meeting spaces for staff. The project included evaluation of site layout concepts, loading dock configurations, exterior storage areas, parking, and circulation to support both immediate operational needs and long-term growth.
