River Valley Architects was approached by P&R Companies of Duluth, MN to assist with the continued revival of the Cannery District, located in Downtown Eau Claire, WI. The redevelopment will be separated into two phases, with both apartment buildings consisting of 130+/- residential units. Phase I of the project is currently being constructed by our friends at Hoeft Builders, while Phase II is planned to begin construction in late 2024 or early 2025.
