Northern Clearing

After 50 years in business, Northern Clearing Inc. was presented with an opportunity to sell their existing property located in downtown Ashland and relocate to a rural site east of town.  Based on the recommendation of another satisfied client, River Valley Architects was chosen to design their new office and vehicle maintenance facility.  The project includes 11,600 square feet of office area which serves as their headquarters for operations throughout the United States and over 19,000 square feet of vehicle repair area for everything from small ATV’s to large off road equipment and semi-trucks.  Due to an accelerated schedule the project was “fast-tracked” and they were able to occupy their new facility within 6 months of ground breaking.
