River Valley Architects collaborated with the Shell Lake Arts Center to develop a comprehensive Master Facility Plan focused on the long-term growth and sustainability of the campus. The process included in-depth observation of daily operations and assessment of multiple facilities to identify needs and opportunities. Conceptual designs were created to support future fundraising efforts and illustrate potential improvements.

Community engagement played a vital role throughout the project. RVA facilitated open discussions with local residents, alumni, and stakeholders to gather input, answer questions, and build broad support for the Center’s future. The result is a forward-thinking, community-backed plan that sets the stage for strategic investment and continued impact in arts education.
