River Valley Architects was selected to design a new 14,000 sq. ft. medical office building for St. Croix Regional Medical Center, located in Frederic, WI. The facility would encompass (5) different services, a Medical Clinic, Physical Therapy, Audiology, Oncology and a Pharmacy, which would be offered at differing hours throughout the day. Our innovative design provides access to all services from a central corridor which serves as a central hub from two main entrances to the facility.
