Children’s Museum of Eau Claire

The Children’s Museum of Eau Claire was one of the area’s most anticipated projects of 2022.

This project demonstrated a relatively uncommon, but highly successful, coordination between two local general contractors, with Market & Johnson providing construction services for the site/civil, structural, and building envelope “or shell”, while Hoeft Builders completed the interior buildout, finishes, and the coordination of exhibit installation.

A more common collaboration was involved with the project’s Architectural Team, with New York-based Steinberg Hart providing the architectural design (Malcolm Holzman, architect), and our team providing local assistance and construction observation services.
